Sir, if a co. is voluntary strike off and has only share capital of 1lac and no assets so how it will prepare statement of account? If on asset side it shows debit bal of P&l a/c so it shows loss but co.has not commenced any business. So how it will make balance sheet equal?

Sir, in cs professional old syllabus module, judicial interpretation of mergers and amalgamations are mentioned on page 41.. are we expected to remember the name of the cases as well or just the jist of the case for solving practical questions.
