I have just taken the 220-1102 A+ test. I have to say about this poster and his content for the PBQs of the test--this guy was spot on! Study this poster's content for your test prep....EVERY SINGLE QUESTION ON MY 220-1102 EXAM CAME FROM THESE QUESTIONS!!! Not a single question on the PBQ was NOT covered by this guy's examples!

yeah, i have also completed core 2 test, now being A+ certified. i must confirm that indeed, these questions that mr. pramod is covering, they are really appearing on the exam, maybe not literally the same, some details are being changed, but they are almost the same. keep learning from this man, guys!

These PBQ examples are almost IDENTICAL to some of the ones that I have taken on my last A+ core exam. If you are wanting great examples of what to expect from a CompTIA PBQ, these are the videos to watch. 100 percent better than anything that Jason Dion has put out on his practice exams on Udemy.

The problem with this question is that he did not show the wifi map. Wifi map shows which signal reaches her office. Then you select that ssid from options and setup the device according to that.

Because he's got the same dump that everyone else did. The dump didn't come with the map, which makes this question seem 100x more confusing.

To those who are confused about the corrections made by others in these comments: We're using the BYOD ("bring your own device") network because she purchase a "consumer-class tablet for person use) WPA is because that's the encryption standard listed for the BYOD network in this exercise. 2.4 Ghz is so she can get the signal all the way in her office. (5 Ghz doesn't have as far a range and isn't good at penetrating through walls) 802.11 b/g is because those standards support 2.4 Ghz (802.11 AC on supports 5 Ghz)

You will need to click on the WiFi map icons which will display the heat map of both wifi networks. Based on the heat map will determine which network to choose. If the heat map isn’t covering the section where the device in question is located, then it probably isn’t the right network to connect to.

it cant be BYOD,use wifi map you will see how it should be it suppose be,5ghz doesnt reach Annies office if you are using wifi map and 2.4ghz reaches her office so it has to be SSID corp, frequence 2.4ghz, security mode WPA2 then password Corpsecure1

@@ericeclifford Not every device or setups support every type of Encryption. Like some slightly older wireless cameras. Some of them don't work at all with WPA2/WPA3 and you might have to create a separate SSID for them to use with that lesser encryption to make them compatible. Newer IoT devices come with newer chipsets that are usually compatible with the newer standards.

The access point is configured for WPA encryption. The question clearly states that we aren't modifying the router, so its current configuration will carry over when we configure the connection on our devices. If you configure the iPad for WPA2, you will not be able to connect because although you put the correct password in, it is encrypted to a higher security hash than what the access point is set to. Failure to communicate. Yes? Furthermore, this is probably my fourth comment under this video; so I gotta say BOY IS THIS VIDEO USELESS! It makes some of us want to vomit and its making everyone confused. This isn't helping anyone pass and they all need to look elsewhere for knowledge. He doesn't even give REASONING behind his choices. Isn't that dead giveaway?

@@frustratedincorporated Wrong, BYOD ('bring-your own device') uses WPA2-PSK security, which requires a password only. Home consumer wireless devices not supporting WPA2-Enterprise will connect to the BYOD network.

@@frustratedincorporated so I am curious why do you think BYOD's are only WPA, tell me the reason because I have not seen that once... It didn't say the device was limited to WPA in the question and there is no other limitations that I've seen which proves this. It should be 2.4 ghz, B/G 802.11, and WPA2... Simple simulation that he totally got wrong...
