This is a sharp commentary of the damage that happens with the stigma of compulsion. I 1st came across this video I fet there is something truly catchy. Why does this fog stay even if behavior changes? This is so interesting! Thanks for posting the video

22:20:00 Resentment, from the Latin, re-sentir, meaning to feel again. Brilliant. @31:24:00 reminds me of the video of Joe Biden, hugging Hillary Clinton, & he wdnt let go, altho she was clearly uncomfortable, & tried to signal him to let her go. @32:10:00 Roy is exactly right, I have felt that weird sensation from men even my own father, when I was a teen. @44:25:00 Destructive habits distract us from reality; yrs ago, I tried every way to stop smoking, but cdnt. One night, I heard Roy on the radio, talking abt this; something abt falling into quicksand: the harder you struggle, the faster you sink. But if you stay still (meditate) & trust God he will throw you a lifesaver, & pull you out, w/o effort on your part. I had an intense moment of humility, & realization of my own helplessness/ powerlessness. Instantly, I felt a physical weight lift off of my shoulders, & I knew I'd never smoke again. It was amazing. Thank you, uncle Roy, rest in peace. (p.s. In the credits at the end, the director's name, Sanjay Gupta; it's a common Indian name, but I wonder if he was related to tdy's celeb doctor, of the same name.)
