@@simstash9889 I'm sorry I don't remember, I spent 3 days figuring that one out and end the end it was some tiny stupid thing. But I can tell you it was NOT some garbage ass power settings.

@@zire3197 I think it was a power setting on a few specific drivers under device management. Turn off "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power". Search this issue on "superuser" site for additional troubleshooting steps.
