It can be difficult, but for the wrong reasons. It's obviously a reskin of the CEO fight way back in Mystery Disc. That fight wasn't designed to be hard, so all the moves are extremely slow and obvious and he barely chains two attacks together. As a result, the only way they could make it difficult was to make it do insane damage and give it a healtbar to rival Adamantoise. Kenny has more HP than Ardyn and Ravus combined, let that sink in.
However, the CEO fight was also designed to be fought solo, much like Ardyn and Ravus, and this is what makes it difficult for the wrong reasons in Comrades. With 4 people spamming attacks, you cannot see what a boss this small is even doing, so suddenly you just get oneshotted out of nowhere. There's a reason why Bahamut and Ifrit are big, they need to be that way for you to be able to see what they do even with 3 other people there.
Anyway, neither of these problems really applied to a solo no damage fight, which is why this was as easy as it was compared to the rest of the bosses.

Thumbs up. As always, phenomenal tactical awareness - balancing offense and evasion. Certainly agree that it's sometimes hard to see. I solo'd it (taking damage) with Kenny as one of the AIs. Playing on a 24 inch computer monitor, in spite of the labeling, it was often difficult to distinguish the AI Kenny from the enemy Kenny. It was much easier after the AI Kenny bit the dust along with his team-mates. I didn't sacrifice them intentionally. Kenny (the enemy) one shotted them.

Ok, now this boss kind of pissese off. EVERY sword attack is a one hit kill even past the danger zone. I beat Ardyn and Ravus with other players but the count has fallen a lot since then so it's harder to find a couple of fellow Rampage users.

Never imagined a franchise mascot had the power to kick so much butt on a level that could have potentially rivaled the chosen King. Guess that's one footnote that went glanced over by the gods. Fucking Bahamut would never have stood a chance.

Woah this boss is very simple. Looks interesting, at least. I mean... why not have him. Also, after all these comrades videos, it feels like you have improved a loooot in this game!

hei aattelin sulta kysästä että kun mulla on toi ffxv day one edition ja nyt ostin royal editionin mikä kolahti postista tänään niin sitten kun käytän sen royal edition koodin niin mitä tapahtuu jos menen new game+? kun kelasin vaan että jos meen siihen new game+ kohtaan ja jos siinä kerta säilyy kaikki aseet sun muut(?) niin miten se vaikuttaa siihen pelaamiseen? kun haluisin alkaa pelaa sitä stoorii nyt ihan alusta että kaikki ois tallella edellisestä pelaamisesta (lvl,asee yms?.), mutta miten se sitten oikeen toimii kun jos mulla on esim kaikki royal armsit kerättynä niin mitäs kun siinä pelailen ja pitäs mennä jonnekkin royal tombiin jos main questi sinne käskee menemään 🤔 en nyt ihan käsitä tätä :D.. vai onko se vaan silleen että kun jos main questi käskee menemään esim just sinne royal tombiin niin meen hakemaan sen aseen sieltä vaikka se mulla jo olisikin? en ymmärrä, sori tosi sekava kysymys, toivottavasti saat jotaa selvää 😒kun en siis ymmärrä laisinkaan mikä toi new game+ on, että osaisitko vähän selventää 😂? kiitos jo etukäteen

No ensinnäkään en tiedä yhtään voiko saveja edes siirtää Day1 Editionista Royal Editioniin. Periaattees jos sul oli se peli jo ennestään, nii ois pitäny hankkia "Royal Pack" DLC mikä vaan lisää kaiken uuden Royal Editionissä tulleen kontentin siihen peruspeliin. Nyt kun ostit koko pelin uudestaan en tiiä miten tää toimii... (joo, tää koko systeemi on sekava ja tyhmä) Kun alottaa new game+, niin jotain tarinaan liittyviä key itemejä poistetaan suoraan, mut kaikki aseet, accessoryt yms. säilyy. Tän ansiosta sul voi olla useita uniikkeja aseita (esim. 2 Engine Bladee). Royal Armien tapauksessa se stoori yhä vaatii että sä meet "keräämään" ne, mutta et vaan saa mitään siinä questin lopussa. Kaikki cutscenet yms. pyörii niinku saisit ne ekaa kertaa, mut niistä ei voi saada kopioita.

@@asetoniffxv22 Joo meinasin tuolta storesta hankkia sen royal pack dlc:n, mutta sitten sekopää keräilijänä päätin ostaa koko pelin 🤷‍♀️ ja olin valmistautunut että ku isken royal editionin levyn pleikkariin sisään niin kaikki alkaa alusta, mutta sittehän huomasin että levythän tosiaan on identtiset day one editionissa ja royal editionissa, kun tosiaan siellä royal editionin kotelossahan on vaan se royal pack dlc koodi mukana. aluksi totesin että 'ounnou onko mua huijjattu?' ku levyt olikin identtiset. ja kun käynnistin pelin sillä 'uudella levyllä' niin sehän tietty heitti siihen alotus näyttöön mikä siinä nyt on kun pelin on jo hakannu läpi. menin sitte netistä lukemaan että pitikö levyn tosiaan olla sama day one editionissa ja royal editionissa niin kyllähän sillä sitten luki että levyt on samat ja ainoastaan dlc koodi mukana siinä royal editionissa. mutta eipä tuo mitään 😂 ihan hyvä näin.

There's a similar downtime between every single one of his movesets, if you know what attack hes making you can exploit it easily, I did it with aerial ace, true I did not dodge every single damage instance, but I had 3 horrible glaives for comrades.

how can you hit it so hard ? I've seen that you have 5k strength but my char have only 2,7k strength and I hit the boss for like 130 damages not 4k per hit

@@kadajshin Unfortunately, you can't buy equalizer from her, you'll have to get Monica to cook it for you. Here's the most consistent known way of making that happen: 1. Start the mission "The Malevolent Malboro " 2. Pick up Aegir Root at the camp. If it doesn't spawn, abort and repeat. 3. In the mission, kill two Malboro and after that pick up a Tentacle. 4. Kill third and final Malboro. After killing it, pick up your Aegir Root again. You and your A.I. allies should now have Aegir Root, Tentacle and two Meats when the mission ends. This will cause Monica to cook equalizer for you. If you started the mission on a fresh level 1 character, you should only level up to level 2. However, keep in mind that completing missions not only levels you up, but also always gives you a new food buff. Ergo, using equalizer is a one and done deal. and you'll either have to get it again or abuse backup saves to keep using it.
