Schlansky has been working with Conan since 1994 and yes they are good friends. Dave nailed it though, he is a bit like that but they play off of it on the show. In different interviews given over the years you get to see laughing a lot and he is genuinely funny.

Jordan recently made an appearance with fellow producers of the show on their podcast and unfortunately he acknowledged he was indeed competent at completing clearly-defined tasks. Also I highly recommend "Scraps: Jordan Schlansky's Masterpiece" for Jordan the performer at his best.

Conan on Hot Ones is insane. I know you can't do it on the channel, but definitely watch it for yourselves. I did come over here because of Office Blokes (before you left), because you're the bloke I most related to. I grew up on Pantera!

Jordan is also participating in some episodes of Conan's new travel series - eg. in Argentina they argue over the pronunciation of "tango". If you get Ash hooked on Jordan, there are many episodes to check out. Also other Conan segments you have seen on the other channel. There's a good Jordan interview on the Team Coco channel.

When you see Jordan's interviews now, many years later with Conan, and they talk back about these different skits and you can see that Jordan has a different more normal personality than the one he portrays in these skits. It's him, but definitely leaning into the act, probably more than 11.

Check out Conan Must Go! He visits fans in other countries and as usual goofs around. The final episode is in Ireland and he sees where his great grandfather lived before leaving for the Americas.

Pretty much. Except his default is around 9 so turning it up to 11 isn't that much over. You should check out Conan and Jordan's trip to Italy together. Gives some insight to how they get along.

Hey first off sorry my profile pic is of my daughter and I can’t figure out how to change it lol. Anyway I wanted to say you 2 are my absolute favorite reactors. OBDave is such a great reactor and Ash is so sweet and caring. One of my favorite reactions of you 2 was the 9/11 boatlift. Still to this day I get choked up but both of you clearly were just as sad and upset as I am about it and I’m an American living in Tennessee. Anyway this post is getting long so I’ll end it with this. Both of you are great and I watch everyday and look forward to new videos. Don’t stop doing what you’re doing 😊

5:28=What does "ponce" rhyme with? It doesn't sound like any other word I'm aware of. Also, Jordan laughs at the absurdity of situations or at Conan but he isn't necessarily "breaking character." Based on all of the older clips, plus Conan's recent podcast, I think Jordan is exactly who he appears to be with no acting whatsoever.

That's his real personality, but the situations are fake. Watch the one where they're on the train in Italy. He can't stop laughing the whole time while trying to act through the scene.
