Conan is so humble and Howard is so cocky yet their relationship is perfect. I love these two.

Conan is the Late Night Talk Show Host God-Father Of The Millinials. He reformatted the way Late Night Talk Shows were done. And created the area where following host would be different. Late Night Talk Shows were and "old folks" thing. Teenagers never even though to actually anticipate and stay up to watch any Late Night Shows until Conan O'Brien. Did NBC think Old people would never die? That the Jay Leno fan base would cease to age and the younger ones, once reaching the age where they grew interest in Jay Leno would then stop aging as well? Conan cultivated an entirely new and way to be innovative area for any other host. And NBC will NEVER give him his just due.

Could listen to Conan, tell stories all day.

I remember about 20 years ago Howard was on Leno and he brought out two women in bikinis and they started to kiss. The audience went nuts. Leno didn't like it at all. Leno just seems uptight to me. Anyway Howard made other appearances on Leno and usually a producer would look in his dressing room to see if he brought anyone.

I would put Joe Rogan in the same conversation with Howard Stern in terms of delivering great interviews
