Nice video. Kindly ye bataye ki jis mold mai ejector pin ka option nahi ho, ring plate system mai kaise air vent karaye. Male side agar 4 to 5 inches long ho , tab kya kare.

What if air trap in part , not even closer to ejector pin nor near to parting surface. Air is trap because of flow merges, its in the material depth then what is the solution for this? Kindly late me know..

Where ever you are facing air trapping @ same point you can provide a dummy ejector pin with air lines on its periphery, and give passage with the help of back plate, or you can install "vent pin" at the same area available in market...

Very nice questions, sorry for delay in reply Cut-wearing --- basically cut-wearing area of any matching parts s that where product cut means last/end of product and mould pats starts to wear the load/ guide etc.
