HI Matt thanks , I have a question does Hapkido have any ground techniques?

It all depends on the school and instructor. There are a number of Hapkido schools that focus heavily on it, and some barely at all. I’d say on average there are more techniques than the average art, but not as much as arts that are based on it, eg. BJJ We have a few techniques at our school that we practice
