Sir here you told us that after sometime it will reach equilibrium and heat generated in resistor is equal to heat transferred to surroundings .. can we say that before equilibrium is reached i.e. some temperature difference is there which means there will be different Qout and Qgen , will there be entropy transfer then ?sir please tell I am very confused in entropy and exam is almost here

Sir you are saying heat is irreversible then what about seedback effect

As told in the video lesson, Heating effect of current is irreversible. Seedbeck effect does not have general heat transfer. It involves a very specific type of heat transfer between 2 dissimilar conductors/semiconductors. Specific cases are never generalized.

Fluid surrounding a paddle wheel and steam inside a turbine are 2 VERY different cases. Considering them similar is a blunder.

Then entropy change of resistor will be positive and will be equal to entropy generation.
