My new budgie's name is Celeste. She has done very well with my other 2. Yesterday, a traveling avian vet came to the apartment. She and her partner gave all 3 a clean bill of health! I was very happy and relieved. However, my older girl (5 yo) has to go on a diet. She has a lot of fat on her. So the vet said to give very little seeds and a lot of pellets. I was glad the vet took off all 3 leg bands, too. It was nice to have the avian vet come to the house. It was so much less stressful for all concerned. I just received my order of new toys for them yesterday. Everyone is doing great! It has been you, Alen, who has helped me learn proper care of budgies over the years! I'm so appreciative of your channel!♥️🐦🐦🐦♥️

We currently don’t have our bird with us he’s been staying at my dads house for almost 3 months we want him back but not sure if he will adapt back to living with us again. Btw I love your channel as well

Hello! I have two Budgies one is a female and the other is male, my female Budgie recently started losing some of her feathers specifically her flight feathers. I noticed she can't properly fly; thus, she stays inside her cage most of the time since she realized the issue herself. She still eats, sleeps, and time to time goes out of her cage but since flying without some of her flight feather can be exhausting she is inside more, ive also noticed she sleeps more (i assume thats cause of molting?). I worry about her, because I'm not sure if it's just a seasonal thing such as molting or some sort of disease?? Please, if you can help I'd appreciate it very much.
