Janet Jackson’s Together Again Tour is a spectacular body of work that both Janet and her team have put together.
While I have recorded and shared clips with the utmost best intentions of sharing my excitement and love for this artist, my clips and videos (no matter how high quality they are) DO NOT SUFFICE watching Janet Jackson in person live and experiencing the hard work and efforts her and her team have put in to give you the amazing experience you get when going to her show.
With that said, I strongly recommend, in my own personal experience, having attended this show, that you buy a ticket to see Janet Jackson Live in person during her Together Again Tour while tickets last.

I'm afraid it's her intention to put the show on very basic, with just a few dancers. I was hoping for a big a** show too. But hopefully it's not gonna be her last tour. In her documentary she said something like 'when I gon leave, imma leave with a bang'

I'm enjoying all the posts of her shows. Thanks! And I'm reading all the critiques and I am amused. JJ is still the entertainer she's been since b4 lots of the critics even knew what an opinion was...so they can just waah, waah, waah on. Anybody remember when she was giving incredible energy in her shows back in the day and ALWAYS ended up cancelling shows due to exhaustion?😂I do. This tour sched is extensive and she's older, smarter, and knows how to strut, glam, and be who she is up there and the fans is paying to see it. BTW comparisons to old cokehead performers on oxygen and super B12 shots really don't apply.😂😂

@k Bee She's not doing her best, and you know it. Don't misunderstand. She's a legend, and I love her. But she is first and foremost a dance pop artist. Dancing is an athletic sport as much as it is an art. If you're going to launch a major arena tour, then you need to be in tour shape, and she's not. And you know what? That's fine. If you don't want to get into touring shape in order to put on the best performance possible, then don't tour. Don't charge money to people so they can watch you half-ass a show, looking tired within the first 5 minutes. And I don't want to hear "She's doing it for the fans." She's not giving us these shows for free. My face value ticket price was $450. Is it unreasonable for me to expect her to get in shape and put on the show she's easily capable of, rather than stand in place and snap her fingers for about 75% of the show? We all agree she has nothing to prove. So, if she doesn't want to put in the effort, she should stay home and enjoy her retirement. She's literally having her cake and eating it too.

@@hutch1197 You're right. She's phoning it in and has been for years. Thank goodness I saw her in 2008 and she was still turning it out then. Now she lets the dancers do the work. And she doesn't put forth much effort to sing either, but her voice was never made for concerts. I hate that she sings one line and chorus of a song, then moves on to the next one. Screw these mashups and medleys, just do a complete song. 56 isn't that old, this is just laziness. But of course these people defend it and act like it's the greatest show ever. Everybody has an excuse or an answer.
