I don’t like having that clip exposed on the back of my collar. I rather clip it inside my shirt, but they metal clip is horribly uncomfortable

I work in a hospital and we use in ear monitors attached to a radio in case we need to discreetly talk to doctors or staff or if an emergency occurs we can immediately contact all staff

Thanks for the video. Looked all over for a demo that shows how you run the wires. These are made for walkie talkies not phones. A Amazon link would have been nice to have.

Cheap as in inexpensive. And why should it be? It's just a coiled plastic tube. Those should be nearly disposable. Especially the earbud that actually goes in your ear. That gets really nasty after a while.

No. One connector is microphone, the other is earpiece. You would need an adapter that integrates the two connectors into the single connector used by cellphones. Anyone with some soldering skills could easily make such an adapter. Reply if you want more information how to do it.

Purchase a kenwood to 3.5mm headphone adapter and then you can use on any device as necessary.
