Ya tengo 83 años de edad y 75 escuchando música clásica y este concierto en particular, primero con Heifetz, luego con Perlman y ahora con esta jovencita sorprendente que de seguro es la reencarnación del propio Paganini y su endiablado violín, pues es lo más perfecto que he escuchado en mi vida. Bravo a esta ¡gloria del violín!

Beyond belief - - every generation produced an Itzhak Perlman, a David Oistrakh - Mariah Duenas is with them. I wish I was fifty years younger so as to hear her as she matures into a living legend. I’m so lucky that I’ve become aware of her before I die.

In the past, I passed Maria many times thinking "Another young talented violist? Oh, well, maybe some other time." Yesterday, without much thought, I watched her Bruch #1. Amazing! Today, the Beethoven. She is truly phenomenal! From now on I wouldn't miss any of her masterly violin concertos, and recitals if I see any.

Excelente interpretación del célebre concierto para violín del genial compositor alemán Ludwig van Beethoven sin ninguna duda, al menos para mí, el más importante de la historia de la música. Mención especial para la solista que es la jovencísima violinista granadina María Dueñas que ha sido galardonada con numerosos premios y que a pesar de su corta edad es una auténtica embajadora musical de España por distintos lugares de Europa y EE.UU. Cuando alcance su plena madurez sin ninguna duda estará por méritos propios en el TOP 5 de las más virtuosas violinistas del mundo a la altura de las prestigiosas Anne Sophie Mutter, Janine Jansen o Julia Fischer por citar algunas. BRAVO !!! Como español que soy me enorgullezco de ella.

Un ángel ha pasado dejando su maravillosa interpretación por un escenario cochambroso e indigno de tan sublime espectáculo....cuiden esa sala de conciertos, arreglen ese piso lleno de desconchados y lamparones, cuidemos un poco la imagen que proyectamos al mundo ,es importante y no cuesta tanto, eprendamos de las exquisitas puestas en escena de otras orquestas y otros escenarios.

Her cadenza convinces me of her personal appreciation of the musical beauty revealed by the genius of Beethoven that many centuries ago that she has so worked into her life at such a young age and so generously want to share with us with the delicate lyricism so rare in Beethoven but the contrasts to the heroic destiny of the latter's music make the whole sparkle ❇️ with fresh , gentle brilliance ....that she literally gasp 😧 s breaths for at the ends of careful phrasing and amplifies quietly with her 鬆 dangling ponytail the head shakes and nods to aesthetic partnership with the orchestra in this rhythmic wonderful appreciation.

Ayer me encontré con su disco publicado de este concierto. Lo tuve que escuchar 4 veces seguidas para convencerme de que es verdad... Creo que lo he escuchado por todos los grandes intérpretes de renombre de los últimos 60 ó 70 años pero esta mujer supera todo lo imaginado. Mis felicitaciones y gracias por deleitarnos con su delicadeza, energía, ternura... la lista sería interminable. Gracias María Dueñas Gracias Josep Caballé y todos los músicos de la orquesta Gracias RTVE por registrar y difundir esta música exquisita :D

30 de Abril de 2022 quiero dejar registrado el día y la hora en el cual, buscando este concierto por youtube, conocí a MARÍA DUEÑAS!!! Estoy emocionado, pude ver esta maravilla en familia, con mi hija de 8 años. Ya es 1 de mayo de 2022 y pasé la noche viendo videos de esta gran y bellísima joven violinista! Gracias y Saludos!

Maria uses two violins - a Gagliano and a Guarneri. I think this is the Guarneri. She makes both sound great.

Agreed - I believe (suspect) the one she is playing in this performance is the Guarneri del Gesù "Muntz" 1736. This is just more validation of how great she is, and the potential she has... when organizations around the world that collect multi-million dollar violins are practically throwing them (loaning them to) at her.
