ConCourt ruling: Zuma will approach UN Human Rights

avenues available to him to ensure that the Constitutional Court
ruling that found him not suitable to run as a National Assembly
candidate is overturned.
Ndhlela says Zuma will approach the UN Human Rights Committee to
ensure his rights are exercised.
He says Zuma, however, doesn't want to lead at all cost.

President Zuma is going to Parliament because the Concourt allowed him to. How? He was allowed to appeal without the time frame attached. In law once you appeal, the previous order takes precedence. He can appeal in 5 years' time...

We need Zuma as a president of MK not of the country. We do understand the role of MK to the downfall of ANC is vital to the country, but to say he must again be a state president will be mediocre and foolish of us.
