Toda la técnica que esa es correcta. Solo que veo al operario trabajar muy agachado y eso trae verdaderos dolores de espalda. Tal vez debería adaptar muchas de esas herramientas con una extensión para hacer lo mismo pero de pie y sé que funcionaría igual pero dándole mejor condición físico al operario, saludos desde costa rica, pura vida!

muy bonitos los diseños, pero lamentablemente la mezcla es de muy mala calidad, por el exceso de agua y la falta de una mesa vibradora, en el hormigon quedan muchas burbujas de aire atrapadas, lo que perjudica mucho la resistencia de la mezcla

We have it so easy here we in America, we forget how foreign countries have low amount machinery and supplies like boots and gloves ,goggles and other safety clothing and supplies. tu los puedes hacer, haces una pieza en madera con algun cnc y luego los cuelas con alguna resina/fibra de vidrio y te queda el molde

the flip and removal from the form wouldn't be easy....or you would need lots and lots of large tables. that's got to be more then 2,000+ sqft of panels out there...

Read your concrete bag, it tells you how long. every composition is diff

@@emmanuelgutierrez8616 well concrete reaches its maximum strength at around 28 days, while not under pressure, but they compress it, I wonder if they demold right away, given the fact that is actually mortar with low water content, and it's not mixed according to manufacturer specifications
