you just applied two correction factors..one is L/D & other is equivalent cibe strength...but there is another according to IS code & which is dia correction factor, for this it will be multiplied by 1.03 for dia more than 75 mm

Because actual compression strength of concrete core is taken as 0.85 times of specified cylindrical strength. cylindrical strngth is given by 0.85fck As per your question :- 0.75 fck, Fck :- characteristic strength of concrete. Yani ki 0.75 × 25 ( 25 Grade of Concrete) 18.75 N/mm2 is individual strength but average strength not less than 0.85 fck 0.85 × 25 :- 21.25 N/mm2..
