True, but it’s the principal that they meet at the yard and gather all the tools for the day and can talk about whats happening. Tino not being there adds more work to the others(not a lot of course) and then shows up at the job and repeatedly has been told to not park right in front of the job. It’s like his mind is absent(that goes for eric a lot too) , and Ryan having to call him a lot of the time to wake him up is just ridiculous.

Honestly, it makes me wonder if Tino has an alcohol problem

@@Gwape_Jam I'm certainly not forgiving Tino. But Eric and Fran show up late to the job site almost every single time, leaving the others (including Tino) to set up by themselves. And often, Ryan and the others can't even start because they have to wait for the tools to arrive. They should be going to the toilet before they leave for work. I'd say that Eric and Fran are late to the job site, far more often than Tino misses showing up to the yard.

Her dad doesn't come off as a dog trainer, he yells at her.. Teaching her not to jump as she greets would be a better outcome. Ignoring a dog as she's saying hi doesn't sit right with me.

Yeah i suggested a reward system too when she doesnt jump give her a treat if she does dont. She also is full of energy that early in the morning compared to say after being with them on the job all day.

All i'm saying is that, blunt force trauma can cause the internals of the knee to implode. I didn't see his injury too clearly, but it is possible. You don't have to necessarily twist to tear ligaments. A sledge hammer into the knee can be bad. I think he's alright though. If he tore something it would be extremely painful and bruised/swollen. @@heyjohnson5535

I am pretty sure they make ray do it cuz he doesnt help. But his job after all is driving and helping out at times . Also ray got tired of it and he wants to make them do it now but like you said they are lazy and they are use to ray picking up and cleaning the tools which is unfair the only one who try teaching ray was JR but he’s not there

@@marcosmendez8805 It is Rays job to do the tidying up and washing of the equipment as he is classed as the non-skilled person. So - surely he should be doing the bulk of the donkey work instead of the skilled tradesmen.

Tino needs to be fired. Anyone who is late, only puts more work on the other crew members and shows the rest of the crew there are no repercussions for bad behavior.

It's really just a few people sitting in an office taking calls/orders from contractors, as well as dispatching for the fleet of trucks. I drive a mixer, so I see it first hand every day. It's not that interesting, I promise. The batch office would be cool to show though. You'd see how they select different material depending on the grade of concrete, chemicals, water mixture, etc. Then you'd see a big drum in the rafters rotating/mixing the load, and pouring the crete into the hopper of the mixer truck. That's about it lol. There's dozens of videos on KZfaq if you really wanted to see it

@@dakotamcavoy524they all need a talking to, Eric and Franny do that everyday, but they have good personalities and keep the morale up, really Eric not so much Franny. If he split up Eric and Franny so they didn’t ride together it would probably be a lot better. Tino does seem like a good worker but he needs to talk to him about coming into the yard like everyone else. Ray is good attendance but Ryan has to tell him things several times, like on this job telling him to not wash stuff right next to the forms so it won’t get muddy. But at the end of the day the job always gets done and always looks great. Which is what really matters.
