其實十一交給二嫂撫養鳳卿真的做很對。徐了羅大太太說不會對諄哥構成威脅，也能夠斷了其他姨娘的心思和提供最好的教育和寧靜的成長環境外。更重要的是由候府私生子，變成前任候爺嫡子。身份立馬尊貴多了

对二嫂守寡的寂寞漫长日子中，继子风卿(嗣诫)是最好的精神寄讬，也是真买徐家有血缘的子孙，我也认为二嫂無论背景、学识和爱心耐性是最佳人选！嗣誡将来会与罗家结缘，娶罗振兴女儿的。

秦姨娘也想有个孩子，奈何沒什么学识，让侯爷不敢把孩子交给她抚养，毕竟孩子不是侯爷的而是五爷的，只有把孩子托付给有学识的二嫂抚养，如此才能给弟弟一个交待。

Lingyi and Shiyi is the perfect match. They have the same values and they look beyond the superficial for the greater good. They were thinking about his best interests while the GM was thinking of a way to make Lianfang happy. I'm so glad that Lingyi stood up to his mother.

Not really one concubine genuinely wanted to raise the child because she can't have children anymore. But she was rejected because she was illiterate and have no first hand experience in raising a grownup child. The only reason Sister in law was considered a better choice because she was educated and experienced in raising kids. She was the previous matriach of the family therefore she had both the knowledge and status to raise the child carefully.

@@kapilshastry I was focusing on Lianfang's reasoning for wanting to raise him. She thought if she had him that Lingyi would visit her often. Her motives wasn't genuine at all. It was also one of the reasons GM chose to endorse her. Their actions wasn't in the best interest of the child. I didn't lump concubine Qin in with them because she genuinely cared about him.

Loved this episode, as Shiyi realizes the 2 concubines only have ulterior motives and sees the interactions between Yizhen and the kid, and realizes that Yizhen would be the perfect mother for the kid cause she has no ulterior motives. Then Shiyi convinces the Marquis that Yizhen is the perfect choice to raise the kid. They want the best for the kid and Yizhen wants the best for the kid also.

Concubine Qin has good intentions. She really just wants kids. Lianfang on the other hand has bad intentions she can't love the boy. But Yizhen is best choice since concubine Qin is Marquise wife.

即便二嫂不收养，侯爷也不会把凤卿交给没有学识的秦姨娘，毕竟孩子是弟弟的，侯爷自然要为孩子选择最好的人来抚养，才能给弟弟一个交待。可还是有点同情秦姨娘啦😅😅😅

@@christinecameron1612 You might be half right, but if you've seen the drama you know there's more to the story than that. Although I don't know if that kid could become the legal heir either way. He's an illegitimate child and the Marquis already has a legitimate son.

秦姨娘雖然喜歡孩子，但也有她自己的小算計的，而且一開始也有一些黑腹，孩子給她恐也沒什麼前途的，候爺的顧慮也不是设道理的。

秦姨娘是婢女出身，照顾嗣誡(凤卿)十分周到，但学䛊有限，很难启蒙嗣誡的，嗣誡已开始年长，可能未入过学，将来要继承二侯爷的爵位(官位)，必须有学识和品德的！
