I think that you forgot to mention that your product is a pain in the ass for those who actually use it and expect to get reimbursed. Concur is aimed directly at selling their product to the company and NOT for those who are forced to use it. Maybe it helps companies in some sort of way. But me personally? I'd rather use a pen and paper than to deal with anything Concur.

This is the worst I be worst thing I have ever used in my life. As a company I would never recommend it. Waste of time
