We have one of the original Penthouses. Our community fee is €115 a month. For that we get ... 100 mbs internet, TV channels, use of all the pools, gardening, cleaning of public spaces and lifts, Security. We think that's a good price for what we get.

Having visited this Golf Resort it is very impressive, my only concern if I was buying a place there is the community fees can be quite high. Good informative video as usual Shaun 😊👍

Hi shaun top man. Love the golf resort videos actually think the condado looks better than hacienda del alamo and at better prices to. Look forward to more videos,possibly hacienda riquelme (i no i spelt that wrong) or el valle.
