You did double the work. If you know what you have in your envelopes, just put all the money in the tray and grab the higher denominations to total the amount. But other than that, you did great!

I know the tax will varry but do you end up paying that much taxes on your store and for KZfaq? I was thinking of doing some of the same thing so I was just wondering.

I usually put away more than I need. I’d rather have more than enough than not enough when it comes text time. Whatever I don’t have to pay out I can just reallocate to sinking funds. This will be my first year filing taxes for my KZfaq and small business.
