This past weekend 2018 NCAA runner-up Nick Suriano, who wrestles for Rutgers University, did 5 sets of a crazy wrestling related circuit with me. This video was the last set and we were dead!

I wonder if the kids at 1:00 realized that that was Nick Suriano and AJ Ferrari training right before their eyes lol.

man at first this triggered me to think AJ has been alittle chemically enhanced for the last 2-3 years but at a closer look considering his age and what people say about his work ethic it makes sense......but holy shit his physical gains in the last 3 years are insane.

A very inferior complex there. There plenty of people who can get strong fast without anything.

I admire young men who for sport fight against other men singly. One on one combat ultimately is how anything was achieved in history. In team sport there is usually another team member in a designated spot for the completion of a play. Or another can immediately step into the situation for correction. This is not the same for one-on-one sports. A man in sport such as wrestling must make his own decisions on seconds notice while preparing for the next move etc. In wrestling the only relying on another is relying upon your opponent to show weakness.

It’s going to be a rough weight cut for Suriano back down to 57 kilos...
@williambalentine76392 жыл бұрын
2 years later…. I hope cutting to 125 every week isn’t super tough on him and is maintaining his weight. He’s noticeably smaller. I mean that’s to be expected but I was use to him looking jacked last year.

I wrestled half a century ago. Bu I wouldn't wrestle today if I had to listen to jive-talkin' CRAP muzak like this while I worked out.

i'd say you're too old to be watching this kind of thing, anyway. let's be honest, old farts who spell music the way you do are highly questionable.
@l.rongardner21503 жыл бұрын
@@motoz30 it's not music; it's muzak, meaning a perversion of real music.
