Love the guest bedroom idea with two beds!

After reading all the comments I have two takeaways. 1-I stay at blander cheaper hotel than the majority of you do. 2-I like a coordinating mix of patterns and textures in a small comfortable condo ( full confession my 2 bedroom condo is smallish at 650 sqf). My take is that the neutral creams and beiges tie all the rooms together cleanly while leaving a lot of space for warm pastels to accent on walls, bedding and upholstery. The bedrooms are lent an air of sophistication by the classic wallpapers, bedding and headboards as well as side tables and dressers. The only things I would change is that I'd deepen the colors and enlarge the living room's patterns of the rug and wallpaper. The abundant southern light and light colored floors washout the patterns in the rug and wallpaper. I would gladly love coming home to here after a lot of traveling. Or just wake up here every morning of the year!

I think the condo is really pretty, but my favorite is the guest room. The wallpaper, lamp and bedding pull that room together so well!

The living room is really nice, but that master bedroom... the patterns are competing for attention. The guest bedroom is hotel chic, but hotel chic in a retro way, not bad though, to each their own.

It’s a unique hotel type condo. The dark grey headboard in the main bedroom was jarring. But the guest bedroom was delightful. I’d would definitely like staying there temporarily. But I have to know where you got that awesome bar cart!

Very different, not my taste in decor but it was interesting and unique. Reminiscent of a 60s hotel decor style with all that wallpaper. The master was my least favorite layout not sure if it was the curtains or headboard it just didn't tie everything together. Really liked how muted the patterns were in the living room, probably my favorite part of this design.

The artwork over the living room sofa is hung too high! It also looks a little under-scaled.

And the cords from the TV could have been encased in cable covers that can be painted the same as the wall. I bought mine at Lowe's. The decorator should have thought of that.

I don't like the conflicting patterns and colors in the master bedroom very much. It's just very "teen." The guest bedroom looks like an actual hotel (not a home). I don't know. It's obviously the client's style but I think the designer should have done a better job with the balance.

The client is having an identity crisis. The patterns and textures are so busy, each room is a different style, and the only commonalities are the neutral colors. I would much rather see a home owner who put careful thought & personality into their space. It's not lived in, it's just a place to sleep and call property. It's cold-hearted, uninspiring. The designer is not at fault by any means. The client is a mess, she needs some harmony.

too many patterns. the pattern on the living room wall, the sofa, the coffee table, the rug, the tv unit... They all contrast each other. No focal point. Not cohesive, conflicting, unwelcoming.

I don’t see much personality here. It looks like a hotel. I thought the wallpaper would serve as a bold statement piece. Instead it just blended in with the furniture
