Highly recommend rma 1155 plates but great review boss. Make holes stop holes plug holes is all you need on a chest rig

I would definitely make that decision based on your body type and size for a bigger guys need bigger side plate And make sure the plate carry you choose can fit those side plates

6×6 plates fit perfectly. The 6×8's are too large to fit securely. The velcro flap will barely close over them. 6×8 will rub your arms raw.

I first ordered the 10 x 12 plates i didn't like how much of my gut was uncovered so i gave them to my wife and got 11 x 14 more weight but my gut is covered better..😆

I'm gonna get a little long winded here. My vest, carrying two curve 11" x 14" plates is ok but hard to secure with the side buckles so I'm looking at one of these because of the cumberbund. This way I can lift the front panel, secure the vest, and rock on. This vest also has waist buckles though, doesn't it? Also, the vest I'm looking at holds 11" x 14" plates supposedly.

Yes it has a waist buckles and a cumberbund and it will hold up to 11x 14 plates But be careful condor Has so many different set ups and they all kind a look the same But have different features
