I had to stop what I was doing when I saw this one. I know this is a specialty video that most of you are not going to watch, but this is exciting that it is coming to the area.
Circuit Florida is a 75 unit condo complex that has its own 1.7 mile race track. The track features a 1800' straightaway, 12 turns, and over 40' of elevation change.
The condos all have at least 2 car garages where you can store your cars in an air conditioned space.

Can’t wait to see more! This is perfect for car enthusiasts and speedsters like myself. I would love to see more communities come together like this for race car lovers to reduce illegal racing… I am one of those who just wish they’d build a place for them to go that makes sense… And here I find your video. What a great way to solve multiple problems in one!

This place is the sickest community I've ever seen. Im a FL native born and raised relocated from Tampa to Orlando about 10 years ago. I've always been a huge car enthusiast and currently have some fun cars. Too bad this is probably not in my credit score bracket.

I saw a video on Instagram and I quickly looked it up , the video on Instagram said the cheapest condo is 320k which is not bad. I wonder how much is the HOA?

It’s planned events and designed for the track enthusiast, you aren’t buying in here without enjoying the environment and meeting like minded individuals.
