Ask your Dr to put some resin in the lingual tubes. It helps a lot! I'm sory for my delayed answer.

Usually it does not hurt. It disturbs the tongue in the begining, but patients got adapted very fast.

@@pixxi_ oh I got it removed just yesterday, its something that you have to get used to for sure. I had it for a year but the first week was a pain then you know later it almost seems like its not even there
