CETIM and the Pan-African League - UMOJA organized a conference via Zoom on Amilcar Cabral.
Also known under the pseudonym Abel Djassi, a politician from Guinea-Bissau and the Cape Verde Islands, Amilcar Cabral is the founder of the African Party for the Independence of Guinea and Cape Verde, PAIGC (Partido Africano da Independência da Guiné e Cabo Verde), which led to the independence of these two states colonized by Portugal.
