Thank you, but the best way to implement this is through ISE and command authorization...if you can implement a AAA server

I have cisco 3750 and conf t is available with privilege level 10, privilege level 10 works like 15

does this work on PT? I was trying to do it here but it doesnt seem to work. privilege level 10 can still go to conf t right off the bat.

i tried the same way, but switch is asking for enable password, in your case its going direct to enable mode

You will need to use AAA and a AAA server that will define a privilege level, that privilege level can define the commands authorized, Cisco ISE can do this as well

Bro why " enable password level is not used? I ve searched a 1000 videos and no one has used this command... Is it not very necessary??

That is a great question, enable password level means if you were to type enable, and the user typed in the that matched a certain privilege level, then the user automatically receives that privilege level. User level and privilege level should be two different things. I can test and verify! Great question tho!
