That’s a cool feature. Haven’t seen any of these models lit up driving around through. Westwood plateau slash the golf club huh? I got married up there a few years back. Loved the country club and surrounding area. Here I thought changing the chrome grills on an X1 to black was the coolest thing I did . You’ve got me beat. Nice ride 👍

Personally I don't really care for it. I think its too bright. Maybe if it could be slightly more dim it would look better in my opinion. However, I love your X6. I just ordered my 2023 X6 M50i, Mineral White, Black wheels, with Cognac Sensafin. Cant wait to see it.

Our son custom ordered his X6 with the gill lights and loves them. I personally really like the option to have the grill light on or off. Really makes the car stand out for those special occasions when other high end cars are involved in a professional meeting or event. BMW's answer and response to the lighted Mercedes symbol in my opinion. This2023 X6 is truly a very sporty luxurious car all at the same time.

I understand that here in the US BMW sells six X5s for every one X6. So it is a rarer vehicle on the road.

Mine stays off in the day. It only turns on and stays on at night.

Thanks for the tips! You mentioned your surprised it is not a monthly subscription. I’ve heard rumors of things like heated seats being a subscription. What things require a subscription?

Yeah having a bit of fun there with that. 😂 All jokes aside, so far heated seats but they said it won’t ever be a monthly subscription in North America.

@@cartherapy2.0 I truly believe that the factory lighted grill will never be an issue here in the USA. I have yet to find one solid law in any state that specifically includes the BMW lighted kidney grill. The light is simply an added visibility safety factor IMHO. It does not glare into oncoming traffic like many aftermarket light kits for trucks do for example. Police have a lot more important issues here in the U.S. to resolve than a lighted kidney grill. Mercedes has lighted emblems in the front as you most likely know.
