DNA wouldn't matter because if her egg was implanted into a surrogate it would still be her egg and DNA would be hers. But even so, a child with her egg, born to a surrogate would not be of the body, ie born to her, and so a child by surrogate would not qualify to be in the line of succession no matter a DNA result.

But they could have a different blood type because the surrogate would determine that I think
