Civil aviration is not for sending anyone.. if state police is aware they can block entering airport even media claimed 3000 videos are there.. this is one in 3 months ? I think Kejriwal has nothing to worry about this "small" incident. He can even kill some one in or out side his Sheesh Mahal but he will come out free without any harm, as he is the darling of the SC or rather of the 2 judges. With the same argument as before that he has campaign for his party, as elections come every 5 years, he will come out with a victory sign. S. Maliwal can wait.

The opposition parties do not understand requirements of activities in a geographically required activities pecuiliar to an area. Anyone in close relationship with AAP party are usually pushed away,first was Anna Hazare followed by many,now Swati Maliwal who was said to be in close relationships with Kejriwal. Is it possible that CM could have organised a huge cash reward to Swati Maliwal through his friend George Soros or through his Khalistan supporters in Canada. Maybe money could have been transferred to Swatis sister's account in USA. This could be the deal for not filing the FIR and also resigning from the Rajya Sabha. The deal may have taken 31 hours to finalize. Padmaja Joshi should probe this angle also. Swati Maliwal will now go back to USA, without filing FIR and later she will resign from the Rajya Sabha. Kejriwal will go back to campaigning as if nothing has happened. In such cases only Money will solve the problem.
