yes indeed !! he was rebuilding the club from scratch while challenging for big titles (3 ucl finals and getting respectively 97 and 92 points in two PL seasons without being champion!!!) it wasn't an easy task especially against two powerful clubs Man City and Real Madrid ! That was very special...definitely a Liverpool legend and Premier League legend !

@@CodPatrol Arne is definitely not a pushover. Guy knows his stuff, doesnt say stupid things, works day and night and is just an awesome human being. There is a reason all Rotterdam area is sad that he is leaving.

Edwards and ward are very much big on Data Analysis and I think it's used a lot in The US. It is all good and well using the analysis models that they do but the truth is, the Dutch league is not strong. Compared to the premier league it is very weak. I do hope Slot does well for us. His style of play is very much akin to Klopps. But, he'll be going toe to toe with the best manager in the game, Pep and up against a vastly improving Arteta. I don't expect much from us next season. I think top 4 will be a big ask in Slots first season. Spurs are going to be stronger, Villa will be stronger, Arsenal of course and City will be the ones to beat again. Also, Chelsea were starting to look decent in the final weeks of the season. Klopp has left a very strong team for Slot. We have a stack of quality in the first 11 and the bench. Our youth coming through is looking good also. Going to be very interesting next season indeed for LFC!

@@yanhanna In his first year, all the key players of feyenoord were sold. He constructed a new team with 11 new players and applied his play style. He finished 2nd that year. The year after, again all key players were sold and about 10 new players arrived, lots of them promising talents. Nearly all of those players became decisive players and he won the league. The year after he finished 2nd with even more points than the year before. He has definitely proven himself as a skillfull head coach. Rotterdam mourns his departure, but everyone here is convinced he will show his magic at Liverpool FC.
