If you were outside of your emotions and watching a friend kick their own ass into depression, but watching someone else run away from them it would piss you off! The reality is, you need to focus more on what brings you peace of mind outside of that persons presence, and dedicate yourself to being in a better place! Best wishes bro! Heartbreak is a bitch! i've listened to many videos ... i cried hearing this. ive lost everything not once but this time i'm at my lowest - homeless due to pandemic - many days i wanna give up but i remember the warrior i am. I'm happy for you. If this was an instagram meme, had I replied and said "get up, you can do better, It's not the end, you can do it!" I would be blasted by people for being harsh or not being nice. You can seek all the validation all you want but at the end you only pick yourself up like how you did. With God by myself, it was the lesson I learned the harshest but it is worth it at the end. I'd like to see the statistics of the people that become successful from these videos. I started 10yrs ago, I was released from prison. I never went back. I have 2 companies, 2 boys, a house and 2 vehicles. Thank you so much for putting this together. Quick story… I was preparing for a 250 question exam recently and the morning of the exam day I felt a lot of anxiety. I could feel internal self trying to offer up excuses for cancelling or postponing. Needless to say I listened to this during my early morning workout that morning of the exam, and made the decision to embrace the exam instead of run from it. Long story short, I passed (truly crushed the exam) with a grade that shocked even my own expectations. So, once again, thank you for putting this video together. You provided me the one thing I was missing. Confidence… confidence to embrace the unknown and give it everything I had without looking back or thinking. Just do! Cheers and happy holidays.

Some great advice here especially the act of "self pity". It's absolutely true its a destructive force that does nothing for you. If anyone fails it's suppose to happen, you are either suppose to get better whatever the decision move in a direction which is far more important then the chosen goal. Growth is happiness, be healthy, grow and be happy.

Get you tube premium it's $17 a month and is worth it, downloading videos with it to watch offline and save data is good. There's no ads with streaming too it's a pretty big difference. These days with inflation and budgeting stuff can be bit of a hastle but $17 a month is pretty good

I have been working out for a couple months now and when I was working out in January there seemed like so many people and day by day week by week it seems like less people are there and if I’m totally honest I’m the only one there everyday not to mention I do it everyday 5 hours a day
