Hi brother see I have one doubt .according to your videos I have worked on silence It has worked for me but some times I feel being silence will not explode our talent and which causes decrease in confidence. So what's your opinion regarding it

my opinion is speak only what is necessary according to the situation, here in this video I talked about go silence when you are in a bad companion, but your words are important when you feel you are in good companion and you think what are you gonna at least they will listen, then say but not unnecessarily!

@@xyz-nj5jnhey he is right it really helps this completely changed my life earlier I used to overthink a lot talk with unnecessary people when I understood my value I prefer silence rather than shouting and if you ll overthink it leads to stress so I always ovethink in things which are necessary not on stupid things
