I was so impressed with this song when my Dad rented it on VHS, that I plugged the stereo speakers to the TV. It was my own ultimate sound experience at the time. Wonderful scene for one of the most underrated comic book movies.

I danced to it with thousands of people in the desert at 3am here in southern California, at Nocturnal Wonderland year 2000, at the Indio polo field. Many of us were on E *AND* acid. This was probably the biggest massive on the west coast that year. So the soundsystems were incredible. The DJ who played it was Darren Emerson from Underworld. Epic moment. Blade's intro scene gave me goosebumps the first time watching it as a kid. Never has any current superhero film replicated that same feeling. Thor's return scene in Avengers Infinity War and the scene in Endgame with Captain America with his Hammer came close but it was not the same.

This scene in Blade was like the Star Destroyer opening scene in Star Wars…. Something so cool, so above and beyond your expectations, that you sat silently afterward and took a moment and PRAYED that the rest of movie was as cool as what you just saw. Blade didn’t disappoint, either.

I have always loved this track. The way it develops from start to end is just amazing. I have always had this feeling about this track, that it transitions from x to y without me noticing it. I don't know if it makes sense? Never had this feeling with any other tracks. Amazing!
