The young James Kabarebe is the true hero to have so effectively removed the corrupt Mobutu's power without any serious violence. Mobutu's henchmen surrendered without a fight. It's a shame James Kabarebe was not supported by stupid Kabila who was not much better then Mobutu who said "All the power is mine". I think he meant all the wealth is mine! God Bless James Kabarebe.

It was not solely a choice between Kagame/Kabarebe/Kabila and Mobutu - there were other choices - the non-violent democratic opposition led by Etienne Tshisekedi. We wanted niether MObutu nor Kabarebe/Kabila and today it is the same we do not want Kagame/Kabarebe/Kabila

Rwanda never denied to have invaded Zaire. But the reasons were obvious. Mobutu was supporting genocidaires and he armed them to wage a war on Rwanda. Rwanda had an obligation to kick him out and repatriate millions of refugees who were held hostage by Hutu power fighters and Rwanda did it as promised.

Non, le début c'est d'avoir acceuilli les génocidaires hutu Rwandais au Congo,après qu'il aille génocidé plus de 1million de personne, le Rwanda a demandé a Mobutu de les renvoyé au Rwanda,Mobutu ne l'a jamais fait,ce qui a fait que le Rwanda a été obligé de mettre Kabila a la place de Mobutu

One thing African we have problem this prob must be taken by the roots. Fast respect should be give to people were ever they find them self. Bse it's not by choise that people find them self were they are. It's not a question of who is a Congolese.border were not made by African. This is not a foreign problem but a Congolese. How long had mobutu ruled Zaire and no body was even thing of a change. This country is rich but few brains bad management.

Rutshuru, Masisi, Buhunde and Butembo areas were cut off the Rwandan kingdom and annexed to Congo by the Belgians. Those areas were conquered and controlled by Rwanda before the colonial interference.

alright who ever blames Rwanda should first see where the country has deployed its forces for peace keeping missions,DRC is sick man of the great lakes region one solution can solve DRC'S problem to punish the government for being corrupt and not managing there Resources this is also the main reason that most rebels are there and other countries offer help to the DRC gov but end up only exploiting its resources and making baseless reports(NB:this leads to having excuses to remain in DRC). Who ever researches on Rwanda will find its a peace loving country all info's find them on how Rwanda participates in peace keeping missions this RDF is a discipline force and got no time to meddle in DRC'S affaires. DRC is just a card being played.
