Congressman announces plan to ensure government officials aren't immune to prosecution

5 күн бұрынThe Supreme Court's ruling Monday that former presidents are immune to criminal prosecution has prompted pushback across the country.
Some lawmakers are rallying to get that decision overturned.
Rep. Joe Morelle (D-NY) said he's authorizing a constitutional amendment that, if approved and ratified, would ensure no government official is immune to prosecution.

Biden should order Garland"AG", to remove the top three criminal justices from the supreme court immediately, for their lawlessness, accepting millions from billionaires, Jan. 6th, it goes on and on. Alito, Thomas, and Roberts. Then immediately pardon AG Garland. I think that's how it will work. That's huge right there. Then he can wait till around Nov.5th, and see if Trump comes close to winning, or does win, then he becomes a Dictator, just like the Republicans say trump is going to do. Except, trump goes to jail for his insurrection, and coup attempt. AG pardoned again, and we get down to business, fixing America, using this new pathetic tool, the supreme court just made into law. 7/5/2024

Oh yeah, please open up a constitutional convention. That way, we the people can bring forth amendments term limits for senators and representatives, plus an amendment limiting executive orders and repealing all previous executive orders.

People can CHOOSE to only go by what the law says. And that's what the lawyers ask when choosing a jury. So, yeah, he can get a fair trial.
