We use either/or to affirm each of two possibilities, and we use neither/nor to negate them. For example, the sentence, “I want to eat either an apple or an orange” means that you want one of these two fruits, but you don’t know which one. The sentence “I want to eat neither an apple nor an orange” means that you don’t want either of these two fruits.

Both choices are used during comparisons of two things, but the difference is: 1. Either/or is used when making a positive decision between two or more things. 2. Neither/nor is used when the choice is negative or the person wants to say that more than one thing is not true Example :- @Either of my dresses is good. (this dress is good and also that dress is good.) Either of us can get the key. Neither of us will be on time.

Either used when referring to a choice between two possibilities: 1. Either candidate would be ideal for the job. 2. "Do you prefer chicken or beef?" I don't like either 3. You can get there by train or bus - either way/in either case it'll take an hour. 4. We can either eat now or after the show - it's up to you. 5. Either you leave now or I call the police!
