@@gizaha well, in DK Country returns for the Wii, DK plays with a DS and when he's done playing, he clearly throws it away. We know the DS is hard to destroy but technically that's still destroying/damaging a console on a Nintendo game... And he very clearly just throws the console away since there's also a sound played when he throws it. Btw, on DK Country Tropical Freeze, he plays with a Switch (or with a 3DS on the Wii U version) and he puts it away instead of throwing it, so ig that's something. There's also the fact that on Mario Kart DS and Double Dash, you can have battles on the consoles themselves, the GameCube and DS (there are battle maps that are the console itself) and... you can technically throw bombs at the console in Mario Kart. Going by that too, you're literally hitting the console. So if Nintendo allows these, why would Conker breaking the "N" logo be breaking a rule?
