How can i change it to work in whatsapp? i tried changing the platform in body but it didnt work... do i need to change the steps to be whatsapp send messege?

Hey @HardcoreArg, I've realised that there's a better way to do it for WhatsApp and all the other platforms, I'm gonna make a new video on the updated way to do it but I've released the resources early so you can have a look at them, there's also a setup guide to help you. Thank you for this video. Is it possible to pass the manychat conversation id? I need a bot who can follow the history of conversation.

You should be able to by replacing the userId with the conversation ID. I’ve also got a new and updated video which outlines a better, more efficient method.

Hey Ibrahim, great video and lot of knowledge for free thanks for that. Does my replit has to be deployed to work? Somehow my version isnt work, my bot isnt getting triggered somehow.

I'm working on a new way to do it which doesn't involve having to deploy on ReplIt and uses Voiceflow (which is free) to convert it. That video will be out soon but I'll post a new entry in the resource hub with the new templates and everything before I make it. I'll let you know by replying to this comment again. To answer your question though - yeah, it has to be deployed, but while you are testing it you can click the "run" button at the top and then click on the open in new tab button on ReplIt and use the URL it takes you to as the web hook URL, keep in mind that it is temporary and to get a permanent URL you'll need to deploy. Hope that helps.

Assalam O alaikum Ibrahim, I am still facing this issue with integrating my voice flow with manychat. I can create chatbots through many chats and by other means can bring GPT. But still unable to get a properly built voice flow chatbot to many chat / integrate with it. So that I can use it on Instagram. Can you help?

Waalaikumassalam, I’ve added a new updated resource hub entry which you can try following. For WhatsApp or Telegram, there are some limitations with buttons and carousels so you gotta be wary of that but for other platforms like Insta and Facebook they aren’t that strict and everything should work like a charm! It’s not possible for the free version since you can’t make any external requests to APIs. In theory, if you know how to use Make.com well enough, you can connect your Voiceflow template to a specific platform of your choice although you won’t have the same experience you get with ManyChat (e.g. human handoff and live chat). Hope this helps!
