Thanks, I was wondering what I was doing wrong lol. Also for any of you DJI Osmo Action 4 users, yes this chesty will work with your osmo action 4's Magnetic mount that it comes with. Google says you might need an adapter for gopro acessories, but i can personally confirm you don't need any kind of adapter to use this if you have the magnetic mount the camera comes with. slides in just fine.

Thank you for the simple video because GoPro doesn’t include crap in their box just their warranty, which I doubt they’ll even honor it. I kept looking up the chesty trying to figure out how to even connect and disconnect the shoulder strap. Thank you for everything else in this video you make a difference. But got handed to them. It’s much better quality than the two generic piece of crap ones. I’ve been using for years.

It's so sad that GoPro does not have this video anywhere on the website! Irritating. As a new user I have no idea what I am doing. Now to figure out how to unlock the chest strap to put it on....

Excellent vid. Great help. Just bought my first GoPro today 3-16-23. Hero Black 11. I was going crazy trying to slide the clip in the chest mount. I thought it was broken...LOL. Thanks to you I just got it to work.

My camera can’t attach to the mount piece without being at least 45 degrees. Does that mean that I need to get a piece where the rings are sticking out more?

Ohhh.... you have to take it out of the case! Ok. I see it. I see it. :) I got a non-GoPro brand strap so I have no instructions.
