This is a short gentle yoga practice which can be adapted into sitting if standing isn't ok. In the beginning you are invited to do a somatic (body) check-in and then ground yourself through connection to your body & the earth, this is followed by some gentle movement and a letting go of what doesn't serve you right now/what's not helpful, the practice finishes with another somatic check-in.
Please only do this if it is ok for you and only do what feels right for you, you can stop at any time, take responsibility for you in this practice.
