I realized that my anxiety and worries are completely fictional, made up in my head. To relieve the suffering of them, I just need to focus on what I want to happen and be mindful of the moment. Those anxious thoughts aren’t real... where I am right now is.

Anxiety is the result of not moving enough. Exercise. Run. Walk if that’s all you can do, whatever makes you happiest and gives your body a good workout.. THAT and drinking enough water is life changing.

So have I! You're right. Being an empath in this day and age is extremely difficult, and not for the faint of heart. We need resurgence of energy, healing and strength. Unlike any other meditation music I've encountered. This took me deep enough to realize that super-consciousness is entirely apart from one's imagination. It is real, while everything else is one's imagination. Profound to say the least.

No limits in how far you can take your super consciousness. I purged 9 weeks of this life and past life pain. Discovered the layers of realities of vibration from the souless to the higher consciousness physically with my husband of 25 years at that time. I had a knowing of being able to transport myself from A to B with thoughts alone, I didnt try it I'm not ready for that yet. I knew good is a 3D scam. I knew I could do, eat and have my mind focused on any topic and still ascend with one request. I knew theres a reality with far greater technology and I could go there if I wish but I'm also a mum of 4 and a wife. Some might say I already earnt my wings i was ascending and descending as a healer of the masculine collective, I've been through a life I wouldn't wish on anyone, I managed to stay strong in love and compassion.... Others would say I'm looney, look, It's ok, they just havent experienced my path yet. I accept that and send them love and light of light. I know I'm 100% sane. I knew that I was about to be diagnosed with MS by specialist also known as Spiritual sickness in higher places. I healed and I'm still healing lower vibrations. After that they wont be able to stop me from flying .... nothing will 💖

I just remember someone calling me and I can feel myself coming back to reality from a deep sleep.. my 1st thought was did I wanna find the other dimensions or travel and I ended up somewhere far.. its like we’re on a spiritual journey on daily basis some of these places felt familiar like I’ve walked or been there before.. no fear just calmness a stillness as if you can hear time itself.. the feelings you get is priceless I felt I was home.. lol

We are always on a spiritual journey..if we walk in spirit..and know that we are all things and that we are connected to all things..then our walk can be much lighter than perceived by just living our lives blindly on a daily basis...live conciously every minute..take each minute as you go knowing you came here by choice..there is a lesson here for you..and you also teach those around you by your walk and actions. I llegitimately think i just had an out of body experience.. I was in between dreaming and Consiousness when I actually felt my soul being lifted out of my body, I got so scared I actually said out loud im not ready to leave my body.. I awoke and i Now have the worlds worst headache and my body's adrenaline is actually physically hurting me.. Wow Just Wow!!!

Good day 😊 This indeed is very powerful! This time I saw a the Battle between Light and Dark. The light overtook the darkness everytime, the dark kept coming, it was challenging for the dark was strong, intense at times but the light still overtook the dark. Wow!!! That's why I put it on a loop. It seems nothing else matters. If I am on the phone, or watching television, or working online. I pause everything and give time and all my attention to this beautiful energy woven into the music. When in the presence of the divine, nothing else matters, everything else fades away. That's what this does to me. I am revived, can think clearly with a calmness I didn't have before. Even in the midst of the chaos of daily life, this brings me back to an internal contentment that I have sought.

Ahhhhhhh... Had so much turmoil, going on, feeling stagnate and unable to grow and move onward/upward. Have done much meditation and intro/retrospection trying to find the key to open the door that I am drawn to. Like I am in a chrysalis that is ready to burst open, yet can't find the key to unlock the door. I found this and it gently invited my soul to rest, to find peace, and balance. When I listen to it, I must put it on a loop because I don't want it to stop. No matter what I am doing, I feel I have to stop and just allow these amazing notes & sound permeate my being. So much healing. So much opening my inner divine. Thank you, & blessed be!

I loved this thank you. You know when you are so deep in it but you don’t realise until something catches you and jolts you back to earth a bit. Was so annoyed with myself as the words “my fate is” flashed up and it jolted me back, still no idea what my fate is and I lost the vibe I had going

This is beautiful I visualized a rainbow ball of energy entering one chakra at a time and cleansing my aura and I felt intense heat all over my body. I also felt my crown chakra open up and tingle with a prickly sensation moving through out my whole body, my heart chakra felt like it has also expanded. Very powerful. At first, I saw galaxies and light. Then, I started seeing an eagle, owl and then the figure became like something Egytians dress, that golden thing they wear. Then I got a vision of pyramid and had a sense that as the top of pyramid, everything converges to that one source. I don't know why I got this Egyptian vision. Then it was like a blue triangle and I was going inwards...then I don't know where I was. . my mom woke me up😅. I was 24 minutes in it. It is calming and profound! Thank you for making this! 💙
