The K type solid state thermocouples (used for both bean probe and ET probe) were sold by Coffeeshrub but they seem to be out; the connectors I mention from Amazon are the Uxcell a14032200ux0016 Cable Wire Connector Male Female Thermocouple Adapter K Type 2 Pair, for $6.31 with prime. The spare wires just get from wherever but speaker wire seem to be the right size, strong enough but not too thick. The Phidget 1048 unfortunately is pricey, $100 on Amazon. Once the wires are connected, download the Phidget drivers and then connect the USB to your computer. Once in Artisan, navigate to Config - Device - then under the ET/BT tab, check on Meter and then pick Phidget 1048 4x... Then on that same tab on the same row just click the boxes for Curves ET and BT, and LCD ET and BT. That's it....I didn't need to touch any other panel or pick any other ports or settings.
