Yea, I got banned for being in Belton's discord too. Ironically, I had just come back to the game and wasn't aware Belton and TFT had drama when I joined it. I saw some stuff about it in his discord, but thought people were exaggerating that they banned anyone just for being in the discord.. cause, y'know.. that's insane. Unfortunately, I responded to someone who mentioned Jenebu when the Hinekora lock nerf was announced, so ofc he probably thought I was talking shit too (my comment was actually a small jab at Belton, if anything). When asked about it, they'll give this cover story 'if people leave his discord, they'll get unbanned' but I have yet to find a SINGLE person anywhere who got unbanned after leaving his discord. I even made a new account initially, hoping it was just a mistake and I was collateral damage, or that I could talk to someone about it. Instead, soon as they figured out my original account, they banned my new account and ignored me. I wasn't trying to hide the connection, I just wanted a line of communication. I've also sent 3 appeals so far, they don't respond. It's all bullshit. Just like they'll throw out the 'racist, sexist, transphobic, etc.. ' description when defending their decision to ban Belton's discord, Ckaiba's viewers, Bota's viewers, etc.. They figure if they just throw horrible accusations at anyone they ban, that the average person won't look into it. tldr: I got banned and initially was still sorta on their side, but then their actions in banning/ignoring me since, plus everything else happening, has shown me that this is just how they are.

Map/currency is a given , i would say frag yes , divs too although i dont personally have it ( dont play long enough to warrant its use, 1 normal tab is enough) , essence i like too personally . You'll need around 300-400 pts for all these flavor tabs and you get 2-4 normal tabs for purchasing them during sale . Thats a great starting point ( overkill if you dont play too much, remove essence and div if you play 1-2 hours a day ) . After that you can add as many quad tabs as you see fit for your use.

Tft is there bc of how garbage trading is. Go try and bulk trade anything using the inngame trade system. Using TFT Within 3 clicks my entire tab is listed. Also some of the trade listings are 95% afk on some items.

I agree on that, at least compass selling can be completely fixed with making them stackable and adding another tab for them. Also maybe removing or changing that 4-use node, since its just annoying to pay 8 orbs for respect to poke some compasses

This is absolutely a lie that Belton’s friend literally made up to turn people against Jamie. Jamie’s extent of involvement with TFT was literally 2 months of volunteer work back in 2020 to help with bot/spam automation in the channels. This has all been proven extensively even down to the next lie about Jaime having anything to do with Belton’s Reddit ban. He was banned 5 times by the head mod (Multiplicity) for various moments of toxicity such as telling people to kill themselves regularly. They gave Belton more grace than anyone in the history of that group and like the egotistical child he is, he has to believe there are ulterior reasons behind his bans. Lmao.

TFT exists because PoE doesn't have a trust system or escrow service, and there's no easy way to implement one (doing a basic one is not hard but there are limitations). And as long as there is demand for something, people will make it happen. This is why black markets to the tune of trillions of dollars exist. Black markets can't be banned, look at the history of the War on Drugs for an example. You have to remove the supply or demand or create an official avenue for the trade to happen. Let's say I need an Aisling slam on an item, but my build is highly specialised to the point that I can't do Betrayal. So I'll need to level a new char to do it. I'm very quick so 20 div and 8 hours later I'm in red maps with my new char and I get my T4 Aisling. But I can farm 20 div/h with my original build so I just lost 160 div. But I know there are people out there with T4 Aislings that they don't have a use for. But there's no way to establish that someone is reliable. Hence TFT. TFT can be deleted but a new one will appear within days because there is *massive* demand for it. PoE devs refuse to upgrade their trade system, in fact they seem to feel that it's already too easy to trade. Last Epoch has now surpassed PoE in terms of trade because they seem willing and able to innovate (Merchant's Guild and the Circle of Fortune).

@@GrilledCheeseSandwich1 dunno what massive demand you are talking about, I played for 2 leagues now and until Connors started talking about Aisling veiled suffix on a Battery staff I didn't even know that it existed. Judging by steam charts there is only 20% of players playing at last month of the league (compared to start) and only TWO PERCENT of all players killed Maven. Despite someone like Belton making a case how it affects someone like me, I don't think it does, I don't even have Discord, so it's up to high level crafters and streamers to decide - do they want convenience or widespread RMT.

I think it's important to understand there is a big difference here. Reddit is against organised harassment of other people and communities. That is not what this is. When someone makes a thread without names that brings awareness of scummy behaviour within the game community that is not harassment/brigading.

Every budget craft is like this: spam essences until you get good prefixes/suffixes; lock whatever you got with Prefixes/Suffixes Can't Be Changed; hit the item with a Chaos Veiled Orb/Aisling to add a veiled mod; craft bench whatever mod you don't want to be unveiled, then unveiled it. At this point your item probably has 4 good mods, craft whatever is missing and you're done - or do the Vision Craft and slam an exalted orb on it for the Chris Wilson's patented Adrenaline Rush.

Its Truely simple.... implement Auction house. Make "t4 aisling" and so on be saveable. So you can use them from your hideouts. Which will force people to go to the hideout. Make a special station that only party members can access. Where you can assign the specific craft to the specific charname. Easy as that. But its ggg they feed off this bad PR and they dont care. We've been begging for a new trading system for YEARS. They just wont do anything.

@@jetrpg22 There are two many other things that tft does that GGG need to take over. For Example selling Aislings, Boss carries, 5 ways just to name a few. They need to make it so that tft is no longer needed in the community in any way. In PoE 2 you will need to have collected enough (non-tradable) Gold to be able to purchase on the Auction House, a sort of, have you played enough tax. Which may seem fine on paper, but has many problems, especially at the high end where players want to pick as little as possible and for Mirror Tier crafters who don't actually play (map) that much. Simple solutions may just cause other issues, the whole drama with trade will not be easily fixed.
