Not only is Connie Britton absolutely beautiful, but she does something difficult for an actor which is to sing well while sob/cry without affecting her vocals. Great show that pumps out some great songs and also stays true to country, but comments on the direction of modern country music.

I personally think, she is one of the best performers on the show. She can sing, unique and pure, she could make it as a singer off show. That's a definite.

maddie was getting basically divorced from rayna and deacon and she hadn't been allowed to see them due to the emancipation court case, this was the first time any of them had seen or spoken to her since the trial. then when she had sung with daphne she left and then rayna had to go on stage straight away again so she was pretty upset.

Gonna be honest here, I HATED maddie. She was so selfish to her family who had always loved her and to her sister who’s world she shattered. Especially deacon tho. On the stands she destroyed him and I’ve never forgiven her character for that.
