I dig the idea of him bringing the monolith to anywhere in his car while plugged to the car batery, having his phone or a small TV isn't enough to have the Mouse experience, he needs the whole thing in the back of his car.

Nice play. Don't forget, he cannot really unplug her. That's only a SCREEN! A big TV Screen flipped and connected via HDMI to the computer. So he can only shut off or on the screen - but not kill the stream to Ironmouse :)

It's the whole enterprise. By watching them, and being able to talk to them through chat and donos, it becomes more personal. Streamers are a weird, new (only been around for like 15 years, mainstream much more recently) type of celebrity. There isn't that distance that many other types of celebrities like actors tend to have with fans. Still, of course the creators and viewers aren't friends in any real sense, the streamer knows very little about the viewers. But they know the viewers are more attached to them than other celebs, because of how personal streaming is.

It a Streamer/Twitch thing as you see those people everyday and interact with them you start to think YOU Really Know them and are RL friends when you aren't. Before streaming and the internet was a Thing you had the same kinda of weird parasocial relationships with Movie star and Soap Opera TV stars.

This is a tough one. On the one hand, this setup allows Mouse to "be there" when she can't leave the house, so it's kinda like turning off someone's powered wheelchair, which is, you know, not great. On the other hand, everyone, including Mouse, seemed to be having fun so maybe I should just not overthink it.
