I almost started crying at the part where liana was talking about how Connor taught her that every one is beautiful in there own way, you are going to be great parents you are so kind and supportive I’m so proud of how far you guys have gone I love you guys also don’t listen to what others think we know that you know what’s right

I had awful sciatica during each of my pregnancies, which is a pinched nerve (can occur from poor muscle tone as well as other things) but exercising while pregnancy can actually prevent that or help lessen the muscles pinching the sciatic nerve I had to do PT after I had my son, the sciatica for me got worse with each pregnancy and happened earlier with each as well

I tried not having coffee in the beginning of my pregnancy and I hated it. My nurse finally told me that I could have so much before it was a problem. I even had the lab give me a cup during a scan because my daughter was sleeping and wouldn't move around so they could get her pictures. I would have died from covering up so much if that was an issue too because I got soo hot when I was pregnant. I love seeing your adventures keep it up! Can't wait to see the nursery set up. I bet that will be exciting. I moved into a new place a month before I had my little one so her room wasn't ready till about three months after she came. It's always nice to not have to worry about those things.

My son is two, it’s not what you’ll want to hear but I can promise you the unsolicited opinions just keep coming. I had extreme hyperemesis throughout my pregnancy. I was throwing up from when I was four weeks pregnant until during my labour. I was given medications and injections for it and nothing got it under control. I had to travel for about an hour and a half to get to my maternity hospital and I didn’t drive. I spent bus rides and tram rides puking into a bag. It lead to me becoming incredibly self conscious and barely leaving the house unless for a medical appointment or to get food or exercise. I drank regular Coca Cola and it was one of the only things that helped with the vomiting. I would have preferred to avoid it but I had tried everything possible to help with the vomiting. I was judged constantly by other mothers who said caffeine was the devil. Fed is best even in utero and with how much I was vomiting I simply ate and drank what would stay down. You do you, it’s hard being a younger mother, I was in your position. Don’t let anybody tell you that you aren’t good enough. I thought pregnancy was the hard part but sometimes being a parent can be lonely, friends that aren’t in the same position don’t always understand. As long as you love your child to pieces, you’re doing everything the so called ‘right way’. ❤️

I know that this video was awhile ago but I just realized how much I relate to Liana and how much better she makes me feel about myself. I too also went through being severely underweight and then not and then now slowly getting back to underweight, like her. And I have a lot of stretch marks and am very insecure about it, and her saying she finds stretch marks beautiful is just what I needed. Thank you so much for being you, Liana and Conner. You're doing an amazing job! You know exactly what you can and can't have. But do what you think is best and whatever might be suggested by your obgyn/doula. I was told to limit my caffeine intake to 1 or 2 beverages per day while my SIL was told to drink more because of the amount she was already consuming. Everything is different for everyone. You're healthy, you eat healthy and you exercise what more do people want. Love you both!

Hey Liana! My belt felt really weird and unfomfy at first too, it took some time to learn how tight/exactly where i like each piece to connect for comfort and support. Mine goes wrinkly too because not everyone is shaped like the model size

I've said it before but my daughter found out she was pregnant around the same time, baby's due beginning of July, but she lives a couple of hours away from me so I'm not seeing her that much, so I'm living vicariously through you 2! Best advice I got was listen to the medical professionals, follow your instincts and ignore the neighsayers. Drs recommended to not clean cat litter boxes while pregnant, and to also not use bleach or any other ammonia products unless in a very well ventilated area. No deli meats unless heated up for 2 mins. The exercise rule was to not over do what your body was able to handle prior to being pregnant. Listen to your body. Food, sweets and caffeine are to be all consumed in moderation. Moderation is key while being pregnant. My dr didn't even want me to take excederin while pregnant, but I had daily headaches. So it was either coffee/caffeine or excederin to relive my headaches. Baths and hot tubs were also not advised because of the high temperature and sitting in it for to long. If you were to take a bath it is supposed to be a warm not boiling hot. It think they recommend under 99°F. Nothing over 100°F. This were all just recommendations I was told during my pregnancy. Not that I am telling anyone what to do. It's her/your body and pregnancy. Only you know what feels right. 🙂
