Thats not how resting heart rate work. When you are digesting food and body is processing it, your blood pressure as well as heart rate goes up to expedite the process. 133 is high but nothing to worry about unless that's his heart rate at all times.

Remember that eating will raise your heart rate for a good while. Someone with a resting heart rate of 60 might have a hard time getting below 80 if they have eaten in the last two hours.

Mine is around 48-52 but I do a sht ton of running XD, anything between 60-80 is good, 80-90 is normal, going above 90 isn't too great though. Below 60 is only normal for people doing alot of activity/endurance training, below 40 becomes just as dangerous as going above 100 but for different reasons. Also, they all will be having higher than normal heart rates anyway because they're eating in a public place with each other while streaming, all of which will increase avg heartrate somewhat.

@@DoctorStrange01 my monthly average is 80 and I am feeling normal, maybe it’s different for others.
@DoctorStrange01
@DoctorStrange01 Ай бұрын
@@dm5iron4 The thing is, it's not about how you're feeling. You shouldn't have a heart rate like 90+ while doing nothing, it only means you're unhealthy, possibly overweight or not exercising enough, or a high sodium/fat diet, or some vitamin/mineral deficiency. Whatever it is, it's not normal. People live with high blood pressure for 40-50+ years as well and they don't feel it, then they die. My mother discovered a high blood pressure after a heart attack. Heart diseases usually develop without any symptoms. It is just my friendly advice to take it seriously, because once you start getting symptoms, it's too late. No cardiologist will tell you a resting heart rate of 80-120 while sitting and doing nothing is normal.

Stress plays a big factor into it aside from fitness. A few years ago I was wearing a fitbit to track my sleep, I was working full time and going to school part time and went to the gym for an hour 3 times a week. At the time, we were falling behind at work so we were mandated to work 4 hrs overtime every day, which let to me getting 3-6hrs sleep everyday and being very stressed out. I would check my fitbit every morning waking up, and I noticed I'd have 130bpm heart rate immediately after waking up. My normal resting heart rate at the time was 60-70bpm

@@AlphaQHard I've never made any research on this, but I don't think it's completely out of reach. I've heard long distance runners can realistically reach those numbers if they have a good predisposition. I'm a casual runner (started last year) and I currently run three to four 5Ks per week. My resting heart rate went from 80-90 BPM to 60-70 BPM during that period. Lately it even gets to the high 50s sometimes.
